The first edition of Startup Guide New York is coming this September! And nominations are now open.
Entrepreneurs, investors, colleges, accelerators, coworking spaces and experts can now be nominated to be featured in Startup Guide New York, the first-ever entrepreneurial handbook dedicated to the city’s vibrant startup scene. Based on traditional guidebooks that can be carried around everywhere, Startup Guide books help entrepreneurs navigate different startup hubs across the globe and are now in 17 different cities across Europe and the Middle East, including London, Berlin, Tel Aviv and Stockholm.
New York City has one of the most diverse and creative startup ecosystems in the world and we’re excited to be putting a spotlight on the entrepreneurs, investors, colleges, accelerators, coworking spaces and experts in the city. According to CB Insights’ PwC MoneyTree report, New York took spot number two in the U.S.’s top five regions with the highest amount of VC deals in 2017.
Packed with city essentials, practical information, in-depth interviews and insightful tips, Startup Guide New York will guide, empower and inspire New Yorkers to transform their business ideas into reality. It’s the first book in the series to feature an American city. To ensure an accurate and trustworthy guide, the book is co-created with the local startup community. Nominations are from April 23rd to May 14th.
